UDG and Ukrainian TOP fashion designer Andre Tan announced about collaboration

Is it possible to live in Kiev and feel like in mountains returning home? - The project of the residential complex "Chalet" includes elements of an Alpine chalet modern style. The architecture "fits" the building into the environment with respectfulness to the existing landscape of the Kiev recreational zone "Svyatoshyn" among the greenery of oaks and pines. The slogan of the project is “In harmony with nature”. The interior of public areas continues the concept. The feeling of home starts when entering the house: lobby is created in the format of a living room with a fireplace, sofas and a library. The use of wood and natural materials in decoration in combination with large windows creates the impression that you are staying outside, in the middle of nature. You can get closer to nature through natural elements and transcend it through style, expressing an aesthetic choice of decoration, furniture, accessories and the way they interact. Style is an intangible, almost imperceptible asset; the formation of it is based on experience, creativity, a sense of beauty in a particular person. Famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andre Tan, who was invited to collaboration, brings a component of personal style vision: “I have always been fascinated by interior design. Several years ago I was engaged in decorating my own house, and this process engulfed me headlong. There are trends, luxury brands with history and big names of designers, just like in the world of fashion. In a beautiful interior, as in a dress, proportions, color, materials are important. Choosing furniture and textiles, composition of items, finding decor are like working on a clothes collection”. Collaboration between developers and designers is popular around the world, for example, Armani Tower in Miami. In Ukraine, “Chalet” is the first experiment to create a stylish product: the lobby and elevator halls will be labeled “designed by Andre Tan”. The part of the unique image of public spaces will be exclusive elevator halls with an area of about 50 sq. m. This format is used in 5-star hotels, six elevators will have one control system, so that the elevator waiting time was minimal. By agreement, not all interior details are revealed yet - these will be wood trim elements that you could see in Milan boutiques, the animalistic design of the sofa legs, as well as pop art elements. But according to the fashion industry canons, only at the show you can see the final creation of the designer. Just like in the après-ski tradition (social activity after a day of skiing), in the Chalet lobby you can enjoy waiting for a taxi, hold a business meeting or chill with friends over a cup of tea by the fireplace, especially in a romantic atmosphere while raining or snowing. Returning every day to your vacation and enjoying a cozy rest after a busy day is an exclusive component of the quality of life in a big city. “People's spaces” is the slogan of the UDG investment fund, which is embodied in all projects that the company implements.
